This year with Covid has certainly been a challenging time. I was feeling pretty down the other day and needed a nice warm hug in the form of food. The thing that immediately jumped to mind was chocolate chip cookies. It seemed silly to make a whole batch of cookies just for myself (not to mention when it comes to baking I don’t have the best luck), so I decided to make only three cookies using the kitchen tool I’m most comfortable with: the frying pan.
AND GUESS WHAT?
They turned out GREAT! Maybe even better than if I had baked them in the oven. Plus making cookies in a frying pan means you don’t have to heat up an oven or dirty up a cookie sheet. Highly recommend you give it a try.
Keep your cookie dough staying fresh in an air tight Lock and Lock container, and then you will be able to have a quick personal pan cookie whenever you need a little pick me up.
