Keto No-bake Chocolate Walnut Cookie
Preparation time: 10 minutes
🍽 Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Dessicated Coconut
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Erythritol
Procedure:
1) In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
2) Process until well combined.
3) Shape the mixture into balls.
4) Flatten the balls using your hands in a tray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve.
