Enjoy your tea in winter with coconut cookies
Ingredients
-Desiccated coconut:
-Sugar
-Desi ghee or butter
-All purpose flour
-powder sugar
-Elachi powder
-vanilla essence
Baking powder
Directions
-Take ghee in pan and mix powder sugar in it
-Add coconut, all purpose flour, elachi powder, baking powder and mix well
-Rest dough for 10mins
-Make cookies with spoon or hand in round shape and coat with coconut
-Bake it in pre-heat oven for 15mins
-COconut cokies are ready
-20 cookies are ready with that dough
