Making Sourdough Bread from scratch and making sourdough bread in 60 seconds is impossible, but I put together this little video of the entire process. From adding my sourdough starter (Elinor the 4th is the name of my sourdough starter) to some flour, salt, and water, and kneading it, letting it rest, folding, letting it rest, to the baking and cooling process in a little #short !
