There’s no shame in jumping on the pumpkin pie spice train every fall. Especially when the product is this good.

40g Flour
16g (half a scoop) of Protein Powder (I recommend PEScience Select)
10g Sweetener of choice
3g Baking Powder
Cinnamon and/or Pumpkin Pie Spice
60g Liquid Egg Whites
50g Canned Pumpkin Puree
50g Almond Milk
30g Nonfat Greek Yogurt

Each Waffle (if you make 7) – 40 calories | 3.8g Protein | 5.4g Carbs | 0.3g Fat
Whole Batch – 280 calories | 26.4g Protein | 37.8g Carbs | 1.9g Fat
