Mouth Watering Fried Chicken & Waffles

Chicken Seasoning
2 Lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt with Parsley
1/8 Tsp. Paprika

Chicken Flour
2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Mrs. Dash

Waffles (Makes 4 Waffles)
2 1/2 Cups Pancake Mix
1 1/4 Cup Water (or milk)
Non Stick Cooking Spray
Butter (Optional to place on waffle once done)

1 Frying Pan (or pot to deep fry chicken)
3 Cups Oil

1. Season Chicken – set aside
2. Mix pancake mix and water (or milk) for waffles – set aside
3. Heat oil in pan and turn on waffle iron to heat.
4. Fry chicken for 10 to 15 minutes turn at least once.
5. Spray waffle iron with non stick spray.
6. Pour batter into center of iron. Leave about 1/2 from egde as it will continue to spread. Allow to cook until iron beeps. Remove waffle and repeat until all waffles are done.
7. Remove chicken from oil. Place on a plate lined with paper towel or a rack to drain.
8. Spread about 1/4 to 1/2 Tbsp. Butter over waffle (this is totally optional)
9. Place chicken on top of waffle.
10. Heat syrup in microwave for about 30 sec. Pour on top of chicken and waffle. Enjoy!!
