Waffle Recipe Eggless I Moong Sprouts Savoury Waffles I High Protein Meal I Meghna’s Food Magic

Let’s make savory waffles using moong sprouts, something you can introduce as high protein meal to your diet and even kids would love it too. No eggs, No Sugar. And if you don’t have waffle maker then you can make Moong Dal Chilla / pancakes on a Tawa. Love M #ChefMeghna #Waffles #Eggless

Ingredients

1 cup Moong Sprouts mixed with some garlic (crushed in mixie)
Salt per taste
2 green chilies chopped
Some onion greens
Coriander leaves
Oil
Honey & some Salad for garnishing

Method

Take a cup of moong sprouts & some garlic crushed in a mixie
Add salt per taste
Add 2 green chilies chopped
Add onion greens
I have already crushed garlic with moong sprouts
Garlic is optional though
Add coriander leaves
Mix well
Grease waffle-maker with oil
Fill the moong sporut batter in the waffle maker
Close the waffle-maker and let it cook
Plate the waffles
Drizzle some honey
Garnish with salad
Savory waffles with health twist are ready
