For this recipe you’ll need:
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking powder

hey guys welcome back to the voicefamily dinner we have another pumpkinrecipe for you today so we are going tomake pumpkin waffles with buttermilksyrup are you gonna help cook your babychef yeah gonna help ya baking soda goodjob yeah a good cooking good cooking allright guys so for this recipe we’regonna start out with 1 cup of milk gonnahelp a buddy a cup of flour 1 egg 1tablespoon of brown sugar we’re gonna doa heaping teaspoon of pumpkin pie spiceand then 2 teaspoons of baking powdergood job good job buddy and then we arealso going to add 1/2 a cup of pumpkinpuree if you have pumpkin pie mix justmake sure to leave out the pumpkin spicebut you can still use that and thenwe’re going to add a dash of saltyeah good make the handand then we are just going to whisk thisall together good helping all right guysyou want to mix your batter until it’spretty smooth as you can see I stillhave a few more lumps in there butoverall it’s a pretty smooth batter soas soon as your batter has been mixed upand you got all the lumps out and yourwaffle iron has been heated up you wantto spray it and then we are going to addabout half of a cup of the waffle batteronto each of the squares in the waffleiron then we’ll just let it cook allright the light has turned green solet’s check out our waffles those lookso good click it super crispy on theoutside but still soft on the inside andI can tell us a poke at them with thepork we’re gonna get started on ourbuttermilk syrup so we are adding 2/3 ofa cup of buttermilk we’re also going tomix in 2/3 of a cup of sugar and then 5tablespoons of butter we are just goingto cook that simmer it on kind of amedium heat until it all melts downtogetherhey once we’ve got this off of the heatwe are going to add in a half of ateaspoon of baking powder and then weare going to add in about a teaspoon ofvanilla and then we are just gonna whiskthat together you’ll see it’ll start toget all frothy and yummy check it outand once you’re ready to eat you canjust drizzle that frothy buttermilksyrup right over your pumpkin pancakes[Music]looks yummyyou
