What is Whole Food Plant Based Diet?
Emphasizes whole, minimally processed foods. Limits or avoids animal products. Focuses on plants, including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts, which should make up the majority of what you eat.

All American Plant Based Waffles
(Make 2 servings)
2 c of Quaker Oat
1/2c-1c Plant Based Milk ( I used Almond Milk)
2 Bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
Seasonings: Nutmeg
Topping: Organic Maple Syrup
*you can use whatever seasonings you prefer, make this recipe your own. everyone taste buds are not the same
