[Music]hi everyone welcome back to my channeland welcome to today’s meal prep todayfor breakfast I made my blueberrypancake bake I’ve made this before andthis seriously is the easiest way tomake pancakes and then for lunch thisweek I made a tomato beef and macaronisoup this looks and smells delicious I’mexcited to try it this week I cameacross this recipe on Instagram I willlink to it down below and then a coupleweeks ago I had mentioned in a videothat I love pecan pie and I reallywished that I knew how to lighten it upwell you guys came through for me yousent me several different recipes theone I tried this week uses little wontonwrappers as the crust I don’t know but Iate it for breakfast this morning it’sdelicious oh my god I actually reallylove this version because you get allthe flavors that you need in there butit’s not too much for me again I willlink that recipe down below it is fromInstagram now one quick thing I want tosay about this video is that the pointI’m giving you today are all freestylepoints but tomorrow on Mondayww is releasing their new plans plural Ibelieve there’s going to be multipleincluding freestyle possibly so I don’tknow I just want to let you all knowthat as this video goes up the pointsmay or may not be relevant tomorrow butit’s all I have to go off of today andwhen I do my full day of eating videothis week then I may have to change thepoint and I’ll be addressing all of thatin the future let me know what videosyou want to see from me concerning thenew WWE plans I’m happy to film whateveryou want to see for me all right withall that said let’s get started on thismeal prepstart by getting an onion chopped forthe beef and macaroni soup I think iswhat it’s called something like that itdoesn’t call for an onion but I want toadd that and then I’m also going to adda few cloves of garlic I am using myvegetable chopper so I’m just throwingthis right in there[Music]now I’ve got a pot heating over mediumheat I’m going to add in this onion andgarlic to saute and I’m also going toadd in one bag of my beef list crumblesif you’re using ground beef then followher recipe about browning that firstthese beef list crumbles do come in thefrozen section but I have thawed theseout so they’re no longer frozen so I’mjust going to throw all of this on thestove together and once the onion andgarlic looks like it has sauteed nicelyand it looks translucent then I willmove forward with the other ingredientsnow I want to get my pancake baked goingto start with I need two cups of pancakemix I’m using this birch benders paleomix you can use any pancake mix you likenow in here I’m having a teaspoon ofvanilla extract this is not necessarybut sometimes I just like to add it nowI’m going to add some water until thisis a nice pancake batter consistency nowthe last thing I need to add in is onecup of blueberries I’m just using frozenblueberries[Music][Music]so this is going in the oven at 350degrees for 30 minutes now for this meatmixture I’m gonna add some salt andpepper two teaspoons of onion powder oneteaspoon of Italian seasoning I need 1bay leaf 1 tablespoon of Worcestershiresauce I also need 1 tablespoon of tomatopaste I’m just gonna eyeball this[Music]all right now to this mixture I’m addingto 28 ounce cans of petite dicedtomatoes now I’m adding 6 cups ofvegetable broth now I’m going to coverthis and let it come to a boil and onceit is boiling I will add 2 cups of aloemacaroni noodles and just cook it untilthey are to the doneness that I want Iam probably gonna under cook thesenoodles just a little bit just becausethis is a meal prep and it will bereheated so slightly under cooking thenoodles I think helps them not end upbeing too mushy now I’m gonna work onthe filling for my little pecan pies Iam going to need 1/2 a cup of choppedpecans actually these say they’rechopped but they’re still quite largepieces so I’m just going to quickly givethese a better chop next thing going inis 2 eggs[Music]next I need a quarter of a cup of sugarfree maple syrup I’m using this Lepantobrand and I’m going to use a quarter cupof monk fruit sweetener[Music][Music]now I’ve got my lawn ton wrappers andI’m now going to place these in mymuffin panso for these wonton wrappers I believethe idea is to kind of crisscross themand now a tablespoon of filling goes ineach little wonton crust all right nowthese are going in the oven at 350degrees for 12 to 15 minutes here is myblueberry pancake bake out of the oven Iwill be slicing this into 8 servings andeach serving is only 3 points my soup isready to go so I’m going to startfilling my meal prep containers I’mgoing to do one and a half cups of soupand now for my vegetables I am usingsome frozen bird’s eye broccoli I’mgonna season my veggies as always withgarlic salt here’s this meal prepfinished I ended up getting 10 1 and 1/2cup servings so mine for some reasonmade a lot and each serving is 4 pointsand I am very excited about this mealprep it smells delicious in here andhere are my little mini pecan pies Ientered mine into the recipe builder andmine came out to 3 points per little piethese look divine I might have to tryone right now I mean it’s 8 o’clock inthe morning I guess that’ll be mybreakfast alright that is everything Igot for you today I hope you are preppedand ready for a successful week and Iwill see
