2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of brown sugar
4 tbsp vegan butter/margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup of water

500g of pumpkin
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 soy milk (or other)
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/3 tsp cloves
1/3 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup of flour

Vegan whipped cream for serving

1. Combine all of the ingredients for the dough and kneed a smooth dough ball. Refrigerate it until you make the filling.
2. For the filling cook the diced pumpkin in salted water until soft. Then mash it with a fork, add sugar, milk, coconut oil and spices and mix well. At the end add the flour and mix until smooth.
3. Place the dough in a pie pan (separate a small part for decoration if you want and bake that separately) and poke it few times with a fork.
4. Pour the filling over the dough and bake at 170C for about an hour.
5. Serve cold with whipped cream.

hi guys so for today’s recipe I made apumpkin pie usually if you search forpumpkin pie recipes many of them comewith over the main ingredients both fromstores such as the crust or pumpkinpuree well you will not find that kindof recipes on my channel so I made thispie from scratch of course and now wewill see how to make it and while you’rewatching how to make it don’t mind if Ihave some see you laterfirst we will make the dough startingwith 2 cups of flour 1 teaspoon ofbaking powder pinch of salthalf cup of brown sugar or other sugaris fine mix that together and then addfour tablespoons of vegan butter andcrumble it together add one teaspoon ofvanilla extract and little by littleabout quarter cup of water and knead thesmooth dough and refrigerate until wemake the filling now we will makepumpkin puree starting with cutting ofthe skin from the pumpkin I’ve useddifferent kinds but it doesn’t reallymatter what kind you use and then cut itin smaller pieces and cook in saltedwater until soft for about 20 to 30minuteslet the pumpkin cool and then mash itwith forkand one cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup ofsoy milk 1/2 cup of coconut oil 1teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon gingerthird teaspoon cloves 30 spoon nutmegand mix it well together and then add1/2 cup of flour and mix until smoothI’m taking a small piece of dough andsaving it for the decoration and put therest in a pie pan and shape it poke someholes so it doesn’t blow while bakingand both the filling and smooth it outbake the pie at 170 Celsius for about 60minutes and let it cool and just cutsome parts for decoration and bake it at180 for about 15 minutes well if youhaven’t subscribed yet don’t forget todo that and thank you for watching andsee you next week bye
