PECAN PIE MUFFINS!

1 cup of Sugar White or Brown
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup of kayro syrup
1 cup chopped Pecans
Bake on 325 for 15 minutes if using mini muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes using regular tins! Don’t forget to spray pans with cooking spray… Enjoy

good morning my confectionaries today we
will be making pecan pie muffins and the
recipe is as follows you’re going to
need 1 cup of sugar 1/2 a cup of flour 1
cup of chopped pecans 1/4 cup of cairo
syrup 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1
stick of butter melted and 2 eggs beaten
and if you don’t want to use white sugar
you can substitute it for brown sugar
you can do a cup of brown sugar or if
you’re trying to be a little bit
healthier you can do a cup of coconut
sugar or some type of Splenda you don’t
have to use the regular sugar so you can
always substitute that out if you’re
just trying to be healthier if you’re
diabetic or if you’re vegan you can
substitute sugars and if you’re vegan
you can substitute the butter because
they do have vegan butter so you can
swap that out as well and I’ll be back
in a bit ok next step we’re gonna pour
all of all of our ingredients together
you don’t take your sugar and your
butter then your vanilla extract and you
just want to whisk those together ok
makes you want to pour in your eggs and
your corn syrup and if you take your
pants by our Baker’s joy you’re just
gonna spray the the measuring cup that
it’s in and the corn syrup will come out
really smooth I forgot to do that so
it’s not coming out as smooth and you’re
gonna take that and you just gonna whisk
those together ok last but not least
we’re gonna pour in our all-purpose
flour
and we’re gonna combine that after you
have to combine your flour and your corn
syrup the last thing you want to do is
pouring your one cup of pecans and all
you’re gonna do is just stir those into
the batter and we’re gonna bake this on
325 for about 25 to 30 minutes and the
only reason why because I’ll show you
the pan in just a second that I’m gonna
bake them in so give me one second just
mix those thoroughly next step you just
want to take your mini cupcake tin like
this and to spray it I use the mini ones
because you can portion control those
better so I just use the small ones you
can use the big ones but I use the small
ones and you’re gonna take your Baker’s
joy and spray it so you guys this is
what it looks like once I put it in the
muffin pan and I took a tablespoon and
just filled each individual up it’s
enough to make probably about 24 to 30
of these because I still have better
left over and I will show you the
finished product
once they bake okay y’all this is the
finished product oh my god
they are so delicious they taste just
like a pecan pie they got that crunch
that’s almost like the crust in that
gooey gooey goodness that’s on the
inside please try this I’m telling you
