Corn pie or Corn cake. Doesn’t meter. Its easy to make. Its tasty. Kids love it. Try it and you will add it to your weekly menu.
By the way we usually make double portion as we are big family.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of milk
4 tablespoons of flour
salt
pepper
1 cup of corn
1/2 cup cheese
bake on 180C for 40-45 minutes
