some scare and you know what I like Ilike the fact that we’re gonna startwith dessert Oh looks Halloweeny I startwith the sugar cuz what do you want withyour sugar more sugar more sugar startedand so do the dessert what I love isthat you have a chocolate pie like ourchocolate tart whatever you want to callit but it’s filled with slice and thecool thing about this is you can puttogether this together pretty quick andit’s a no bake which is even betterbecause the kids maybe you’re bringingthe friends over tonight and they’re allgonna go trick-or-treating together somake it easy make it easy and I mean yougot to get everyone dressed and you gotto get the candy ready and you goteverything ready so keep it simple sobut keep it flavorful we’re gonna startwith Oreo crumbs I mean why would you gograham crackers when you go Oreothat’s so much cocoa in there get somechocolate in there and of course becauseit’s Halloween let’s fortify that withsome sugar okay some sugar in the sugarwell and then I mean why not why stopthere I want a bit of clarified butternice now this is basically the glue toyour foundation so just gonna pour thatin and trace just give that a littlestir and this is our crust right that’sChris oh my god I would just eat thisgym spoon get the flavor in therebecause everyone loves the classicflavor cook with Oreo yeah but cocoa inthere and then some if you want to throwsome vanilla in there you can do that aswell when you feel like it’s starting tosnowball a little bit yeah think you’rethere know a little bit more mushy butis this gonna put am I gonna put that inthis pant exactly what you’re gonna dookay because I put enough butter inthere it shouldn’t stick okay that seebut now you can get the kids involvedwith this too because it kind of lookslike dirt just tell them to like make itso nice and even right in the back of aspoon always works okay and try to get alittle bit up on the rim oh well I’mgonna get over here at the exciting partI know the part that you like so muchwhich is dark chocolate milk chocolatedo the double combo great Graham’sattached and then this is your basicallyclassic ganache we’ve got some heavycream 35% okay fortified with somebutterit’s team butter we got butter in thecrust we’re gonna put some butter inhereokay and it goes alright this is goodand this is kind of like the scary partfor all the cooks cuz they’re like Idon’t know if this is gonna work itlooks like it’s gonna break and I’mtotally freaking out right now becauseyou’re thinking is it hot enough butbasically what you want to do is justbring the cream up to a boil yeah andthen once the boil hits it should justkind of melt this chocolate nice andevenly yeah it always starts out alittle bit scary because it’s luckilyalways clumpy I don’t know it is gonnacome together because he’s aprofessional chef you say that but I’vemade before too you just want to keepstirring and this is a part where you’rereally really freaking out you’re likesupposed to work but it just might notbe just keep stirring you got to keepthe faith and you spin it around a bitmore and as you’ll see the darkness willcome through now we know that you’reprobably more of a savory person than asweet and is that why you added a littlebit of the dark chocolate like just togive it a little less a little lesssweetness because we also have a feelingthat’s gonna have some sweetness to ityes and I’m I know I’m making it for youtrace I know you like the dark chocolatethank you alright so now we’re gonna getto the slimy part yes you’ve done afantastic job there thank you very muchI cheat I beg borrow and steal everytime I can’t wait to with pastries Ijust went and got some custard in thecast custard Eames can make it easythrow a little bit of green foodcoloring in there give it a stir andthen by the Paget in front of me look atthis you put that downthat looks amazing so that is that’sbasically your slime right we’re slimedup you don’t have to do anything else toit we get the Oriole going onyeah now all we need readied there a kidcan everyone count to ten for me becauseI really feel like I need some energy Ineed some is it ready it’s pretty darncloseit’s not so bad I said I think you knowwhat and if there is a little lump inthere yeah you know what I’m gonna blameit on the big blue robe not a big dealhere we go okay let me turn it a littlecloser to you and then it just yes getgnashed we just get asked the slimy sogood look at how quickly that actuallycame together and I know you were youwere mixing it pretty quickly but that’syou can do this tonight Oh totally thisis like totally makeable yeahthen we’re gonna do this later cuz I’mgonna eat all of this during commercialbreak I always like to lick the spatulamyself right right and now now I canthey need some decorations here Emperorsdon’t normally bake but we’re gonna havea shot today you just slide it around alittle bit more try to cover up theslime so people see it as a surprisewhen they get there all right I’ve gotsome melted white chocolate in here yeahI think bag if you don’t have a pipingbag use a ziploc I don’t this guy’salways saying he’s not a baker I knowit’s no bake but still you’re prettygood with the with the sweet stuff wellyou know don’t judge my circles no noit’s good basically give yourself abull’s eye are we making a bit of a webhere already for this yeah yourself aknife okay that’s all your mistakes justgo away with the slide kids yeah now itlooks perfect now it looks like a spiderso if you have a bit more time you couldpipe out a spider in your spider webyeah you could chill it down you canbust it out look at this that isgorgeousokay so weregarding the careeroh it’s a good piece that’s a good piecego with the big sliceoh boy is on now you’re Annieyou might wanna bring that plate closerbecause you know that’s gonna be goodhere it’s really good yeah but that’swhat you wanted to do it’s supposed tobe like I
