Mushroom and Courgette Pie recipe!

Today’s recipe is mushroom and courgette pie! Perfect at any time of the day! This light and very tasty pie is absolutely perfect for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Very easy to make and ready in just 35 min. With very simple ingredients its also a healthy option and made with no butter or oil with thick vegetable filling. Suitable for vegetarians.


1 small courgette
1 bunch of green onions
1 onion
mushrooms 350g
green beans (frozen or fresh)
eggs 2
flour 120g
baking powder 2tsp
milk 150ml
salt and pepper to taste

Add shredded cheese to the top and bake for 1 more min.

This pie can be made with any seasoning you like, add some spicy flavours if you wish!

Bake any 180c/200c for 35 min.
