Low Fat Vegan No Oil Modified Forks over Knives Apple Pie EASY!!

I used crab apples from a family tree. They are not very tasty plain but they make an amazing apple pie. I have made this about 3 times this week and the kids cannot get enough of it. It is absolutely delicious. You can do this with peaches or other stone fruit.
Here are the ingredients for the modified version I did for the Apple Pie:
Apple Filling
4-5 C peeled apples sliced to your liking (as many fit in your pie pan)
1/2 lemon juice
3 T coconut sugar
1 T corn starch
1-2 t cinnamon
1/4-1/2 t nutmeg
pinch of salt
Optional: 1-2 T maple syrup if you have really sour apples.

The crust:
1/2 C apple sauce
1 T almond butter.
pinch of salt
1 T maple syrup
1-2 t vanilla extract
3/4 C oat flour (you could probably make this with regular flour. I have not tried it so if you do let me know)
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 T almond milk or any other non dairy milk
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min depending on how many apples you have.
