Lets Bake- Key Lime Pie

1/3 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Digestive Biscuit
2 Egg Yolks
1 Can Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
1 tsp Lime Zest

1) Melt butter. Add sugar and crushed biscuit. Spread into pie dish and bake at gas mark 5 for 5 minutes. Set aside.
2) Reduce oven to gas mark 4.
3) Beat egg yolks add condensed milk lime juice and zest. Whisk well.
4) Pour into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.
5) Allow to cool. Then decorate.
