Keto No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

No bake peanut butter pie
Crust
2 tbs butter (softened)
1 c almond flour
3 tbs Cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbs granular sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla
Filling
2 8oz packs of softened cream cheese
1 cup natural peanut butter
2/3 cup confectioners sweetener
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla
Topping
1 tbs Cocoa powder
2 tbs confectioners sweetener
2 tbs heavy whipping cream
Pinch of salt
Instructions
With the back of a fork, combine butter, almond flour, Cocoa powder, sweetener and vanilla. Mixture will be crumbly, press into a 9 inch pie dish, chill in the refrigerator while making the filling.
With a hand mixer, combine soften cream cheese, peanut butter, confectioners sweetener and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides of bowl with a spatula. Add heavy cream and blend until very smooth and creamy. Pour into crust and refrigerate for about two hours.
In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder confectioner sweetener heavy cream and a pinch of salt if it is too thick to drizzle microwave for 10 to 15 seconds drizzle on top of pie. Slice and enjoy!
