Coconut Pie Recipe: 1 Pie Crust Baked.
Ingredients: 1 cup sugar; 2 cups milk; 2 Tbls. Butter; 2 tsp. Vanilla; 1/2 Cup Cornstarch; 3 eggs separated. Save whites for the Meringue; 1 cup Coconut. In a Saucepan mix sugar & cornstarch, add milk, add yolks & mix well, cook on low heat until thick stirring constantly. Remove from heat & add butter, vanilla & coconut. Pour into baked pie crust, cover with meringue & sprinkle with coconut. Bake in 350 degree oven until browned.
