[Music][Music]youhi guys welcome to this episode of icingon the bake where I’m going to teach youhow to make the perfect pumpkin piesjust to pack the holidaysnow I’m sorry sweet takes about 20minutes to prep and 45 minutes to bakeso what you’re going to need to makeyour perfect pumpkin pie is 1/2 a cup ofsugar regular white sugar 1/2 a cup ofbrown sugar 1 tablespoon of flour 1teaspoon of salt 3 large eggs 1 piecrust this one comes with two and just apre-baked or pre-made Pillsbury and justflip topping also going to need one canof pumpkin pie puree and 1 can ofsweetened condensed milk a 9-inch piepan and we’ve got nutmeg cinnamon clovesand ginger all of these ingredients arestore-brand and cost less than $3 each[Music]first add your dry ingredients 1 cup ofwhite sugar 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1tablespoon of flour 1 teaspoon of salt1/2 a teaspoon of nutmeg 1 teaspoon ofcinnamon 1 teaspoon of ginger and half ateaspoon of ground cloves break up thebrown sugar with a whisk and mixtogether your dry ingredients makingsure to break up any clumps then foryour other ingredients open your can ofpumpkin and sweetened condensed milk addyour pumpkin in a different Bowland add your sweetened condensed milk[Music]add three eggs to the bowl turn yourmixer to the low setting and mix forthree minutes or until well combinedslowly fold in your dry ingredients tothe mixture[Music]make sure to scrape the sides of thebowl as we mixed[Music]okay so next you’re gonna take one ofthese progress and I just bought thepre-made because it’s a lot easier it’scheaper and less time-consuming I’m justgonna gently place it into your 9 inchpie pan and press it into the middle and[Music]then you’re gonna go around with yourthumb and forefinger and just crimp theedges so they’re kind of like that allthe way around so then when you haveyour pie filling all mixed up you’regoing to pour it into your crust[Music]carefully put your pie in the oven andset it to fold them to degrees for 45minutes 45 minutes later to check to seeif it’s done by putting a fork ortoothpick into the middle and if itcomes out clean it’s done once it iscooled off go ahead and cut it addwhipped cream and you’re done[Music]you
