Egg Pie is one of the Filipino’s favorites. In fact, makikita ito kahit saan. Naibebenta ito sa mga local bakeries and even sa mga famous na bake shop, at sa mga groceries.
Madali lang tong gawin. You can add some twist if you’d want to.
Here’s the recipe pf Egg Pie
Crust:
1 1/2 cup All Purpose flour
1/2 cup Cold butter
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Egg Yolk
3 Tablespoon Cold water
Filling:
5 Large eggs
1 can evaporada or evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or lemon flavoring
1 egg white
