Homemade Pizza Pie

Pizza Pie crust Ingredients:

3 cups All Purpose Flour (More for dusting)
1 1/4 cup Water
1 Tablespoon Instant Yeast
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/4 cup Olive oil

Toppings:
Pizza sauce or Tomato Sauce or leftover spaghetti sauce
Cheese: Cheddar or Mozzarella or Quickmelt
Meat: Ham, Hotdog, Pepperoni, Chicken, Ground pork or beef
Vegetable: Bell pepper, Onion, Celery
Pineapple, Mushroom

Bake at 350 deg. Fahrenheit or 175 deg. Celcius
for 10mins or until the crust is golden brown

Make 2 thin 12″ pizza or 1 thick 12″ pizza
