Baking our first pumpkin pie in the dutch oven over a campfire, this turned out delicious!
Ingredients:
-1 rolled out pie crust
-1 can of pumpkin puree
-1 can of sweetened condensed milk
-2 eggs
-1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice, set aside.
2. Roll out the pie dough and place on a pie pan. Pour the liquid ingredients into the prepared pie dough (may have a little left over)
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35-45 minutes, until the center is set/spongy (not gooey).
