Meat Mushroom pie.
Filling:
Minced meat – 500-700gr
Mushrooms 300-400 gr.
Onion-1pc.
Sauté the minced meat with finely chopped onions and mushrooms. Add spices to taste.
Dough:
1 tbsp of kefir or plain yogurt
1 cup of flour
2 eggs
0.5 tsp baking soda.
0.5 tsp salt
Kefir mixed with salt and a baking soda, leave for 5 minutes. Add eggs, flour and mix. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. Grease the pan, pour half of the dough in to the pan. Put the filling on the dough and smooth. Pour the second half of the dough on top. Put in a heated oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 370 Fahrenheit
