Zdrave zelene palačinke – Healthy green pancakes

Ćaoo!
Danas pravimo zelene palačinke! Otkako sam ih probala, oduševila sam se i od tada ih stalno pravim. Veoma lako i jednostavno se prave, a što je najvažnije ne treba puno vremena i sadrže sve makronutrijente koji su mi potrebni što je meni itekako važno!
Sastojci koji su Vam potrebni:
– 3 belanceta
– 1 celo jaje
– kašika Feta sira ili nekog drugog
– spanać u briketima (2 komada), a može i svež
– malo himalajske soli
Sve to stavimo u blender, smućkamo i gotovo! Stavimo malo kokosovog ulja na tiganj i pečemo palačinke.
Ja ih jedem prazne, stavim malo odgore kikiriki putera i to je to! Vi možete da ih namažete sa nečim što volite.

Hey!
Today we make green pancakes! Ever since I tried them, I have been delighted and have been making them ever since. They are very easy and simple to make, and most importantly it doesn’t take much time and contain all the macronutrients I need which is very important to me!
Ingredients you need:
– 3 egg whites
– 1 whole egg
– a spoonful of Feta cheese or someone else’s
– spinach in briquettes (2 pieces), and can also be fresh
– some Himalayan salt
We put it all in a blender, drizzle and we’re done! Let’s put some coconut oil on the pan and bake the pancakes.
I eat them empty, put some peanut butter on top and that’s it! You can grease them with something you love.
