Hey guys!!It’s YunaToday we are going to be makingHotteok which iskorean sweet pancakesHere I have the boxand this is what we’re makingso I’m gonna check what’s insideSo insidewe have the honey mixwhich goes inside the Hotteokand we also havethe pancake mixwith the yeast on the backand with that we’ll also need some waterand oilSo let’s get startedSo first I’m going to open my honey mixand pour it into this bowlAnd I’m going to put this asideJust leave it there for nowand nowlet’s make the dough!So I have this plastic bagand I’m going to open up my pancake mixand dump it in the bagAnd I’m going to grab my yeastThere we goand open this up tooAnd pour in here as wellNow I’m going to add ten ounces of waterNine andTenSo now I’m going to mix this upSo when it’s done it should be about this texturelike thatSo now I’m going to addabout one spoonful of oilAnd if your dough seems like it has too much wateryou can adda little bit of flourBut if your dough seems dryand doesn’t have enough water, you can add more waterAs you can see it’s not sticking to the bagand it’s pretty glossyAnd that is what you wantSo now it is all mixedso I’m going to put my gloves onAnd I’m going to grababout this muchand flatten it outYou want to make sure it’s flat like thisand then you can add your honey mixAnd then make sure you close it up welland form it in to a ballLike thatAnd repeat until you have no dough left oronce you’ve made however much you want to eatSo now I’m going to turn the heat onand pour some oilOk so it is pretty heatedso I’m going to turn it to mediumand I’m going to place oneI am flattening itso it creates a pancake shapebut I’m not flattening it too muchand I’m also flipping itso it doesn’t get burntHere is the finished productand with the dough that I had, I would haveable to make ten to eleven Hotteoksbut I’ve only made about six hereand with the rest of the doughI put it in the refrigeratorand the longer you let it sitthe better your Hotteok will beSo if you guys liked this videoplease give it a thumbs upand subscribe to my channelThanks for watchingBye!
