If you have failed making these banana oatmeal pancakes. There is hope for you because in this video I share my tips and tricks. Don’t be discouraged! these pancakes are amazing and easy. You will enjoy the perfect banana oat pancakes ever made. I love them so much they are part of my mornings and since I love how good I feel afterwards I had to share the how to make step by step. Im so glad I did not give up! it is a delicious way to have your oats and nourish your body. I have to confess Ive had these easy banana oatmeal pancakes even as dinner when Im looking for something light to eat. The can also be stored and reheated, to my surprise they taste even better. These banana oat pancakes are the way to go. If you enjoy easy, you will love these pancakes.

Banana oat/oatmeal pancake recipe
Total pancakes: 8-9 each
2-2.5 min per side when cooking
Cook at low heat : 3-4 temperature on my electric stove

2 ea bananas (very ripe) the sweeter the better
4 eggs or 1 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
4 TBS hazelnut milk (almond works well too)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup of pecans (nut of your choice)
Butter or coconut oil for cooking pancakes

Strawberry sauce
1/2 lb strawberries (could also use frozen)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Note : they are also delicious with pancake or maple syrup.

have you tried the also famous bananaowed pancake recipe and filled miserablywell I feel your pain because I triedthis recipe several times and failed aswell but I’ve come up with the perfecttechnique and the perfect recipe that’sgonna give you the perfect pancakesevery single time so welcome to mykitchen my name is Prasanna and let’sget startedthis recipe is amazing ingenious it’s agreat way to start your day and it’ssuper easy to make so we’re going to addall the ingredients in a blender firstadd your eggs vanilla and hazelnut milkor any other milk you may have aroundalmond milk is great as well now thebananas pecans oats baking powder andcinnamon and let’s not forget the saltwhich will help all the flavors bloomand open up now blends of well untilsmoothand here is the consistency we’relooking for it it’s a well balanced mixnot too thick or thin just perfect knowthat if it ever came out too thin youcan add some more oats to get it to theright consistency off to our stove I’musing butter for a little more flavorthis is my personal preference but youcan use coconut oil lip desired let itmelt and add a medium sized full ladlein if neither you can also moldcarefully with your spatula to get aperfect circle for some reason thebottom of the pancake will tend to Brownfaster so just wait until you see theedges all around the pancakes start tocrisp up and check to see if you have agolden-brown color at the bottom if soturn it the key to a perfect pancake isto make sure it cooks all the waythrough it’s super important you cook ata low temperatureI’m personally cooking on a 3 to 4temperature in my electric stove so verylow at this point the bottom touchingthe surface will take a bit longer toBrown giving the pancake enough time tocook watch a brown and fluff upbeautifully it’s going to take roughlyabout two to two-and-a-half minutes oneach side for it to cook completely andnow we’re just going to repeat until wehave all of our pancakes done as you mayhave already noticed I’m using a pan butthe options are endless if you have alarger surface to cook these in evenbetter that way you can cook more atonce and cut on your cooking time thesepancakes are incredible but I was sodisappointed when I first made them theywere so mushy in the middle so aftermany attempts I figured out that theyneeded to be cooked at a low heat toallow them to cook all the way throughthe issue was they were browning fastbut not cooking entirely I’m stillamazed at how incredible these twoand fluff up you are going to feel greatafter you eat them they are definitelyworth making I’ve decided to usestrawberry sauce for my pancakes in asaucepan add strawberries sugar andvanilla that simple let everything cometo a boil at a medium heat we’re lookingfor our strawberries to soften up and aglossy thick glaze to coat them you willalso notice the bubbles will decrease inspeed and become thicker when it’s readyand this is what I’m talking about it’sreadyyou can wait for it to cool as it is andcoat your pancakes or you can blend welllet it cool and then use okay so I’mgoing to dress my pancakes with abeautiful line of bananas strawberriesand drizzle the sauce over them I’vealso had them with pancake or maplesyrup and they are also great optionsdepends on what is more appealing to youand how you want to serve them these arestill with no doubt perfect in every wayoverall I have to say I’m super happy Ididn’t give up and now I can share mytips so you can enjoy as well[Music]okay I’m so excited and ready to tastebut first as always I would like toinvite you to subscribe like and sharethis video and also don’t forget toclick the notification Bell so you’renotified every time I upload a newrecipe alright it’s timeokay so you’ve seen how beautiful theseare they’re fluffy and they’re sodelightfulalso there are nutty impact with flavorthat vanilla and cinnamon really makethese pop and remember that banana it’snot only for flavor but they also makeit really moist alright so here is thisrecipe I hope you enjoyed it we reachedthe end of the video remember you canfollow me on Facebook and Instagram andthank you so much for watching have awonderful rest of your day[Music]
