Sooji Pancakes – Indian Breakfast Recipe – Handvo – Quick & Easy By Lets cook!

INGREDIENTS:
Sooji 1 cup
Dahi 1/2 cup
Onion half (chopped)
tomato half (chopped)
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Zeera (roasted and crushed) 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
green Chillies 2 (chopped)
Oil
Musturd seeds as much you like

METHOD:
1: First of all, Take one cup of sooji and add half cup Dahi in it.
2: Mix it well by adding water accordingly to make smooth batter
3: Set it aside for 20 minutes.
4: After 20 minutes, add onions, tomatoes, Garam masala, Zeera, Turmeric powder, Salt, red chilli flakes and green chillies.
5:Give it a good mix by adding little water so the batter will become soft.
6: Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil in it.
7: pour the batter in the pan and cover the lid for 10 minutes.
8: After 10 minutes, remove the lid and take it out.
9: Now again half tsp oil and put the other side of pancake in the pan and cook it
10: Make 2 more pancakes from this batter and ENJOY 🙂
