hello I am le kolinsky and today I willbe making buttermilk pancakesingredients you will need are 1 cup offlour 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon ofbaking powder 1/2 teaspoon of bakingsoda 1 egg beaten 1 cup of buttermilk 2tablespoons of cooking oil optional 6ounces of blueberries if you want to putblueberries on your pancakes it serves 8to 10 pancakes note I am making 2batches so this will serve about 16 to20 and the prep time is 30 minutes whatyou want to do first is mix all of yourdry ingredients together those dryingredients being flour sugar bakingsoda baking powder and salt and you wantto mix them together with a fork sothey’re all mixed in perfectly good nowyou want to make sure it if you’rewondering how how to tell that it’s allmixed in if it’s all one one color ifthere’s like no different colors in itthen that’s how you know that that’s allmixed in and I particularly payattention to the edges because that’swhere all the unmixed stuff tends to gonow all you need to do for this nextstep is really simple you want to addthe wet ingredients to the dryingredientsnote that the dry ingredients you alwayswant to do this if you’re you alwayswant to add your wet to your dry in alarger bowl so just pour that in andthen use a rubber scraper to get all theexcess liquids on the side of the bowlinto the dry ingredientsokay now you just want to grab a fork orwhisk and mix all of these together okayso what you want to see in your batteris sort of like loopy a gelatinous likenot Jeanette enjoy lightness but uh youknow it sticks to the fork a little bitbut some falls off you just want to makesure it’s thick and consistency and nospecks of flour in it and that’s how youknow that your batter is ready to becooked okay so now we’re going to putour pancake batter onto our griddle or apan if that’s what you’re using butfirst we need to put some butter on thegriddle or pan and you want to cover itallokay now that that’s done we can goahead and put our pancake batter ontothe onto the griddlenow you want to put on your blueberriesas much as you like okay so at thispoint you want to go and check and I’msorry you can’t see this but that isvery that’s actually a little bitovercooked if I’m being honest but nowyou want to be you know you want to flipyour pancakesokay so you want to check that thepancakes are ready and as you can seethey look pretty good on the bottom
