lifting family welcome back this reviewis on the flapjacked protein pancake inbaking mix this is the carrot spiceflavor and I picked this one up fromAmazon and so the one that we’re gonnabe making is the waffle recipe that’savailable here and so I mean as far asit goes it is a half cup serving whichis 53 grams 3 grams of fat it is 23grams of carbs 5 grams of fiber and 20grams of protein per serving and overallthe ingredient profile is very solidthere’s whole flour there’s whey proteinisolate and there’s a few otherdifferent proteins in there which aregonna help with improving theconsistency of the actual mix itself sowe’re gonna be making the waffle onehere which is a 1 cup of the mix sobasically two servings an egg and 2/3cups of water so we’re gonna blend thatup so here we have the two servings ofthe flapjack mix we have the egg inthere and then I do go over a little biton the water so here gonna get startedwe’re gonna pour it up I’ve got my newwaffle maker here and I tried outseveral different waffles prior toactually doing this recipe and you cankind of see it steaming up there thefirst one this is the first time I everhad an issue with a waffle actuallygetting stuck and it just kind of pulledout really rough overall very pliablevery very easy to to smoosh it wasn’tsuper rubbery either in terms ofconsistency and overall it was verybread slash waffle like which is idealfor me so overall as far as a ratinggoes I would give this a 4 out of 5ultimately it when they’re getting stuckin a pan I didn’t need to cook it alittle bit longer than was normal in theactual waffle maker itself but overallas far as a protein pancake goes thesedefinitely hit the mark in terms offlavor I thought they were very great sothank you for watching thank you foryour support please remember hit thatsubscribe button also please remember tolike this video if you liked this videoplease remember to share it with yourfriends the sharing really helps makesure that this video gets viewed by morepeople as always again thank you forwatching and keepushing
