Pumpkin Pancake

hi good morning this is the CEO of sweetbakes this morning I’m gonna show youhow to make my pumpkin pancake that isreally goodfirst of all here are the ingredients 2cups of all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons ofbaking powder 2 TSP of baking soda 1/4cup of brown sugar 2 eggs that isslightly beaten 1/2 1/2 of pumpkin onthe pumpkin you can actually use a freshone if you prefer that but you have toboil it and mash it but for convenienceI use we can pumpkin but I’ve doneactually I’ve done the fresh pumpkinbefore and it’s really good it’s justyou know it takes a lot of time and nowit’s 1 and 1/2 cup of water and 2tablespoon of melted butter so what youdo is just mix it all together like thatand mix I don’t have my where is mything honeydid you post it yeah yeah okay just mixit all together and then add the waterthe the melted butter and the pumpkinjust mix it all until it is really smokesmooth however I already made one thatis you know really really mix this isthe consistency that we will you willfindit’s got not gonna be so thick not gonnabe so thin because if it is so thin it’sgonna spread it a griddle okay now I’mgonna show you how to how I cook my mypancake hey I’m backokay after it mix all the butterI started cooking on I have thisportable griddle that my husband boughtfree so put it there and cook it forlike two minutes on its side so I’vealready started running actually it’salready been cooked so yep that’s how itis oh that’s really good but on onepancake I use like I use 1/4 ha so it’snot gonna be too big you know that’s howI do it to make it uniform yeah and justwait 2 minutes on the other side andflip it another two minutes and you’redone for you to see my my recipe I wroteit on my little board because I want youto look at it and read it if you areinterested so yep here it isI’m actually making this pumpkin pancakeevery year during this time of the yearand we love it it’s gonna be like youknow just just drizzle it with the syrupor you can also use jam or you can justuse you know butter so here it is I’mcooking some more thank you very muchand I’ll see you on my next video thankyou for watching bye[Music]
