PANCAKE RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 Box of Pillsburry Pancake Mix – 500g
2 Egg 1¼ Cups | 310ml Milk
¼ Cup | 60g Melted Butter + more for cooking

Instructions:

In a large bowl put the Pillsburry Pancake Mix. Set to the side.
In a smaller bowl melt the Butter in the oven.
Crack the egg in a small bowl and beat.
Add all together the ingredients, Pillsburry Pancake Mix, Egg, Melted Butter and pour in the milk. Use a whisk (or any of your choice to mix the pancake mixture) to mix together until everything is well combined.
Continuously mix the Pancake mixture until you achieve your desire texture.

To cook the Pancakes heat the pan over medium low heat. When the pan is hot add a small amount of butter and ½ cup of the pancakes mixture or depend on your desire thickness of the Pancake.
Cook the pancake for 1-2 minutes each side.
Repeat the process in the remaining pancake mixture.
Serve the pancakes with your choice of syrup. Enjoy.

Notes:

You can add other flavorings to the pancakes such as blueberries or chocolate chips. Add the extra ingredients at the same time as you combine the wet and dry ingredients.
