Today I made some Seafood PaJeon (Korean Green Onion Pancake). Quite simple to make as it only requires 7-8 ingredients (exc. dipping sauce) but tastes AMAZING.
You need to be good at flipping tho lol
If you are having trouble flipping, make a smaller ver.
Pajeon (Korean Green Onion Pancake) is a really popular food to have on a rainy day. The sales for Pajeon ingredients actually surge on rainy days in Korea. There’s a story that says it’s because the sound of rainfall reminds people the sound of frying Pajeon. It doesn’t have to rain for it to taste great tho 🙂
Ingredients:
Prawn: x200g, Egg: x1, Green Onion: x150g, Chili: x1, Flour: x8 Tbsp, Salt: 1/2 tsp, Vegetable Oil: x?, Water: x8 Tbsp
Dipping Sauce = Soy sauce + Vinegar + Sugar + Chili Flakes
