hey guys i’m misha homie and welcomeback to my channel today i’m sharing aneggless oil-free banana pancakes madewith whole wheat flour these bananapancakes are easy to make and a greathealthy breakfast option in your weightloss journey so let’s get started withtheir recipe in do my chutney grinderI’m adding in 2 cinnamon sticks cinnamonhelps to boost your metabolism and aidsin fat burning it also gives a niceflavor to the pancakes now into that addin 3 tablespoon of grated coconut I amusing freshly grated coconut 2 tbsp ofcrushed organic sugar cane jaggery youcan increase or decrease jaggery as peryour sweetness now grind all this reallywell I usually make this healthyoil-free banana pancakes when I havevery ripe bananas the more the riper themost weight the bananas will be androughly slicing two ripe bananas intothe chutney grinder and in 1/4 cup waterand blend it into a smooth Puri now intoanother bowl add in 1/2 cup whole wheatflour I prefer to use copley wheat thesedaysqapla wheat also known as Emmer wheat isan ancient variety of wheat grain whichhas very less gluten and is high infiber when compared to modern process tobeat I have already shared many recipeswith coupley wheat flour along with itshealth benefits all the recipes areadded in a playlist title to Copley readrecipes which will be updated at the endof the video in the endcard so please docheck it out if you’re new to Copleywheat and want to know the benefits ofincluding Cup leave it in your diet addin a pinch of baking powder 1/4 teaspoonpink Himalayan salt remember there issalt in the jaggery so add saltaccordingly give this all a mix and thenpour the blunted banana Puri into thecopley wheat flour mix this really welland add in 1/4 cup water little bylittle and make it into a thick batternow the batter should be of pourableconsistencyit should neither be too thick nor toothin heat Acosta and thava and grease itwith gingerly oil once attaboys hatedfor in one ladle full of the batter andthen reduce the flame to the lowestcover and cook on low flame for about aminute or two remember I’m using awell-seasoned cast-iron pan which has anonstick surface cast iron also retainsmore heat plus it helps in better ironabsorption so try to cook in a cast ironcookware at least one of your meals ifyou have iron deficiency anemia okayafter about a minute or two open the lidand carefully flip it over and againallow it to cook that side as well oncedone flip it over again and serve now ifyou’re not on a weight loss journey andwants to increase your weight or ifyou’re making this for small childrenthen you can drizzle in 1 TSP Desi Gheeor wood pressed oils like a coconut oilor ground nut oil or any unrefined oilslocally sourced once done transfer thebanana pancakes to a plate and servewhen you serve the banana pancakes youcan top it with more sliced bananas orchopped fruits or nuts and seeds of yourchoice I personally prefer a trestle ofhoney over the pancakes so guys do trythis healthy egg listen oil-free bananapancakes and let me know how it turnedoutdon’t forget to Like comment and sharethis video with family and friends thankyou for watching and until next timetake care bye bye[Music][Music]you
