1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
2 tbsp carrots, grated
2 tbsp hara dhania/cilantro
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp/to taste salt
1/4 tsp garam masala
