These oatmeal pancakes are made with only 4 ingredients (100% natural), and are so fluffy and light.

Here’s what you’ll learn in today’s video:

First, I’ll show you how to make the simple pancake batter, using no blender.

Next, you’ll see how to cook the pancakes in different sizes – small, medium and large (which by the way can be used like tortillas).

These light breakfast pancakes can be served sweet or savory.

CREAM CHEESE PANCAKE RECIPE

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 ground oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda

For topping (optional):
honey
maple syrup
fresh berries
fried bacon and eggs

Preparation:
In a bowl, beat eggs then whisk in the cream cheese.

In the same bowl, add ground oats and baking powder. Mix until combined into a creamy batter.

Heat your skillet over medium-low heat and melt teaspoon of coconut oil or butter. For each pancake, spoon the 1/8 cup mixture into the skillet.

Cook for 1-2 minutes on the first side, gently flip the pancake, and cook for 1 minute more.

Serve the pancakes with honey or maple syrup, or top with your favorite fruit jam.

If you want to have savory pancakes, serve with two slices of fried bacon and top with a fried egg.
