RECIPE FOR THE PANCAKES—-
150 gr oatmeal (or 10 tbsp)
100 ml of your preferred milk
2 bananas
4 gr baking soda (or 1 tsp)
15 gr of cacao (or 1 tbsp)
15 gr of hennepseeds (or 1 tbsp)

what’s up guys my name is Nelson andwelcome back to my channel in this videoI’m going to show you guys my favoriterecipe for here it comesvegan protein sugar-free chocolatebanana pancakes what a mouthful I knowbut they’re so goodsuper nutritious and I’m sure you’lllove them ok guys because I want to makethis short video and I don’t want tobore you with the details I’ll put thefull recipe with all the precisemeasurements in the description andmaybe on the screen right here boom whydo we keep saying boom what’s up withanyway I’ll just expand what I’m usingtoday and why the oatmeal we’re going toblend up and use as the flour this isjust plain oatmeal you can get anywherehand-up sees these are my secret trickhannahb seeds are full of protein andother nutritions nobody cares about andif you blend them well enough you won’ttaste them at all so the added proteinis always a really good you know moreprotein more muscle so yeah I reallyrecommend adding head up seeds then wehave the cacao I’m just using plaincacao um as you can see right therethese will give them the chocolate tastethen we have baking soda I’m using thebaking soda with the buff farm on itwhich is flexing because I want that tobe me okay moving on um then we have thefluid through it Jesus it sounds weirdwe have the milk vegan milk you can alsouse plain milk but then you won’t bevegan so you won’t be able to brag aboutto your friends second we have bananaswe’re not using this many bananas I justthought it would look funny I’m assumingbut this is all we’re using today I’llput the exact measurements in thedescription but now let’s get going andmake these pancakes because I am reallyhungryfirst off we are going to blend theoatmeal into a flour consistency justmake sure there aren’t any big chunks init and it should be fine after theoatmeal you just put in all the otheringredients I started with the cacaousually I go for 1 tablespoon butsometimes I do a little extra when Ifeel like it like now I mean you can seewhat I’m doing it’s not really importantjust you know I thought this was metrying to be funny okay don’t judge meput into banana so it’s break them apartblends easier and the hand up see it’smy secret trick I trying to be up I’mtrying to be a makeup artist but itdoesn’t really work out no idear howthey do that like how do you focus thecamera on the thing in front of yourhand why yeah how do they do that thenblend it up into a consistency it has tobe thick I like it that’s to be this isa really boring so I’m just gonna stopit here I’m sorry you know how to makepancakes just make sure the consistencyis right as you can see it’s all reallyboring just make the pancakes as big asyou want do what would you do whateveryou want okay guys the pancakes arefinally done and here they areand voila here they are they look on meokay guys um so here they are waitnohere they are um I think you’ve seenthem enough but I want to enjoy thesenow like I said recipe in thedescription if you have any questionsplease ask me in the comments down belowI’ll try to answer them as soon aspossible and as always like subscribecommon I do really appreciate itand you know if you have any othersuggestions for recipes or anything elseI’d love to hear them in the commentsdown belowyeah and that was it for today thank youso much for watching and I hope you havea great day still don’t know what to dofor you at ro so okay[Music]
