Making DELICIOUS Fluffy Coconut VEGAN Pancakes for Breakfast!

These incredible thick VEGAN pancakes will fool anyone, they are super rich & fluffy. Perfect for breakfast on the weekends and great for friends & family! Hope you enjoy these!!

1 1/2 Cups All Purpose or Wheat Flour (Unbleached is best for your health!)

1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder ( I like to use Aluminum Free)

2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar or Cane Sugar

Pinch of Sea Salt

1/2 Cup Coconut Shreds (Optional)

1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk ( Any other non dairy milk will work)

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil + Extra to Spread on the pan

little bit of a crunch to it so I’m
gonna add shredded coconut to it and
it’s really up to you how much you want
to add you can add a lot or a little bit

I’ve ever had this is why I like to make
them I love my pancakes thick and fluffy
and these are like the perfect recipe
make sure the baking powder that you use
is fresh I think that’s what really
gives it the fluffiness that it needs
but pretty much so easy and now leave me
alone so I can eat just kidding I love
