welcome everyone to my first ever videoon my channel where I’m going to try tobe pancakes for the first time through atutorial by later Betty to makefluffiest pancakes this is my first timeso by the end of this video if you thinkI succeeded in making the pancakesplease give me a like and subscribe butif you think I didn’t you can now say weare going to make clay you don’t haveany chemical leavening in themthere’s no baking powder no baking sodawe’re just going to whip our egg whitesand pull that into our pancake batteryou’re going to be amazing okay so now Ihave all the ingredients that shelistened Baker Beck team is sitting onher website and separate our egg so Ihave three eggs here and we are going touse both the white and the yolk but weneed to separate them because we’regoing to whisk those whites until theyare really light and fluffy so you wantto be really careful that you don’t getany of your yolk into your end rightbecause of Edwards aren’t going to whipup if there is any[Applause]to separate these out and I’ve been thesame videos over here in another Bowl orthey never going to set our mics asidefor just a moment and we’re going tomake the rest of our pancake batterso I okay so I’m going to try andseparate the egg whites and the eggyolks[Applause]I have a table here one cup ofall-purpose flour and we’re going to addto that1/4 teaspoon of salt along with oneteaspoon of vanilla extract and one 1/3of a cup of milk and I need think wholemilk but if you wanted to use a 2% orlonger tonight you could but the wholelook is going to make them more rich andthen I’m going to add those three eggyolks into my bowlit’s one cup of all-purpose flourokay so they saw one cupsalt 1 over 4 tablespoon of salt 2 over3 cup so I’ve got a full cream milk hereso I’m going to use the 1/3 cup twice[Music][Applause][Applause][Applause][Applause]why do you a 2% or 1% you could but thewhole knows it’s going to make them morerich and then I’m going to add thosethree egg yolks into my bowl now I’mjust going to whisk all of this togetheruntil it is combined and that alrightnow we’re going to do with our end rightinto my bowl here and I have 1/4 cup ofsugar on the side we’re going to startby whipping those egg whites and sothey’re starting to hold a little bit offirmness and then we’re going to startwhy notso I’ve got the stirrer here I’m notquite sure what the power what’s thepower you get to whip the egg whites butI’m just gonna go with two I neverit’s really[Music]okay so now that way are starting thewhole some of that air they’re getting alittle bit stiffer I can go ahead andstart slowly streaming into my quartercup of sugarwhile I continue with enqueue we’regoing to whip these until they get tothe sugar should come in this egg whitebut I didn’t use a quarter of a cup soI’m going to[Music][Music]okay so then I’ve got the egg whites butyou do want to be patient with it youdon’t want to rush this that otherwiseyour pancakes aren’t going to be out oflight and fluffy so be patient with itmake sure you go all in something like[Music]all right so now we can go ahead and addour egg whites into our batter okay sothe first step in folding egg whitesinto your batter and you’re going totake about 1/4 of the mixture and add itinto your batter and for this portion weare going to stir it completely in andyou don’t have to worry about in looklady this is part of the egg right thisstep is going to make it a lot Munirit’s an older[Music][Laughter]I[Music]yes to use a little bit of both becausebutter has kind of a low smoke point soit can tend to burn but I love theflavor of the butter and it might cookedand ate so I like to use both because itwill help the butter not burn and I’m sogonna get that butter flavor on theoutside of my pancakes about 1/4 cupcurved cake I like to use those littleice cream scoop or cookie scoop toportion them into my family’s Picchu andthen you can kind of use the back of thespoon to spread it a little make it goodand make it more circular if you like[Music]so right now we’re at my kitchen myhouse kitchen and I’ve set up the walkand what you call this I don’t rememberI got a ladle and there’s the defrostthe frosty matter I’m gonna put in oliveoil cuz that’s what my mom has she’s ahealth freak you really want us to behealthy so she only has olive oil in thekitchen no usual oil and I have saltedbutter and I’m gonna add them all insideand let it let it you know so I put iton a low fire like the lowest becausethe last time I cooked for Mother’s DayI kind of burned the other walk it’sstill in the walk somewhere the scarsI’m not gonna mess up this timeso bearishso here’s a bit of olive oil butter[Music]I’m gonna start putting the better intothis is work pleaseone Brady it’s rising seriously it’samazing so I’m gonna useoilI didn’t expect that olive oil wouldburn so fast and the first view was okayuntil I started getting overconfidentand I increased fire and I burned oneI’m gonna take that off so it hasreached a point when I can no longercontrol the fire and it kind of lookslike a sad bird egg right now but I’mglad that the first three turned outokay but this one first I’m going to[Music]so I put my pancakes in my fridge and Iwait for my mum’s return so right now Ihave my pancakesin the fridge waiting for my mom to turnthe Excite sit and I have my breadpancakes right here I will eat it don’tworry there’s no good ways at all if youthink I succeeded in making pancakes inthis video please like and subscribe tomy channel for more videos like this
