How to make Vegie Pancake Pinoy way!
Super affordable, easy and fast!
3 pcs. Eggs
1 medium sized Carrots
1 small sized Cabbage (350 grams)
1 pc. Onion
4 tbsp. Flour
Salt and Pepper
1. Thinly sliced each vegetable. Put in a bowl.
2. Add 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add flour and mix it well.
4. Pre-heat pan and add small amount of oil.
5. Pour mixture and cook in low heat.
6. After few minutes, flip to cook the other side.
7. Add remaining egg and sausage. (Sausage is optional. You may add hotdog, shrimp or any toppings you prefer)
8. Flip for one last time.
9. Ready to serve.
