How to make Vegan Pancakes – Easy Buttermilk Pancakes.

Pancakes! The vegan kind

1 cup of non dairy milk plus 1 TBSP applie
Cider vinegar. Mix them together and let sit for ten minutes. This creates your vegan buttermilk!

In a separate bowl add 3/4 of our flour (or almond)
1/2 cup of GF regular flour.
1 TBSP flaxseed
1 Tsp baking powder
1 TSP cinnamon
Add a dash of vanilla

Add your buttermilk. Mix well. And cook in a non stick pan on medium heat

Add fruit and natural syrup. Enjoy!
