EP and today I’ll be showing you how tomake the most basic and the mostfluffiest pancakes Oh so since stroketuesday brackets pancake yes coming up Ithought I should make a pancake video sowhat you need is salt any type of oilsugar egg free-range egg all-purposeflour any type of milk bicarbonate ofsoda or baking powder and the equipmentyou need is a bowl a whisksieve and a firing plans to make thepancake so we want to do first is takeyour egg and pour it in here Bob makesure every pop out this in there oneingredient done and then what you wantto do is take two tablespoons of sugarany type of sugar so after you brisketmuster notice it should be how it lookslike next um you want to put your milkin so remember it’s free quarters cupsof milkthree quarters pour it in a cup and thenagain you want to skipyou wanna risk it for about 30 to 1 butSeth is the one minute and so it looks abit like this like a whitey yellow colordo you wanna do no matter what size ifyou have you want to take your flour andI’m put some of it in there the siftand then just sift it so it’s not goingto be enough soup at the flour sisterin the next step another matter if theother sites are just filled a it gets reallyreally hard that’s when the pancake isstarting to with feel very well then ifthere’s only little part to flour theedges of your pots just take the scratchagain just whisk it very very well andthen just keep testing like PicaboThomas to see if it’s hard or like buteven though it’s not that important youdon’t have to do so after you’vewhisking it well you wanna take yourcoil it can be any type of website flourvegetable oil it doesn’t really mattertake two tablespoons and then once againjust whisk itwisk it for about a minute or two untilyou really think that it just looks likethiswell like really medium feeling like notnot hard too hard or too light maybejust a little bit like but not all rightso I’ve whisking it now so now I’m gonnatake it to the frying pan set up that’show it looks like so farso um you might want to warm up yourfrying pan for about 30 seconds maybeand then they also give the chancefilled pancake batter to rest for a bitand you might well know you have to makeit rest because if you’re not gonna makeit rest the batter will just goeverywhere okay so I’m about to get atleast about three-quarters of it andwe’re just gonna pour it in there no momake sure it’s a good shapeyou’re like fire of the cooker very verylow because if you keep it very highthere are more chances of it beingburned and once you see that there’slike bubbles coming out of it and itlooks very very dry on the side you’rejust going to flip it over or you cantest it with this light kind of thingand see if it can it’s like good enoughto be flipped yeah that’s how itshouldn’t look like and you can make thepancake this the size you like so I justdon’t its circle because I like thebasic shape of the pancake you just wantto keep flattening it so it looks tastyand good I don’t for about 20 secondsyou can just flip up and that’s itshould that’s how it should actuallylook likeso that’s the first pancake and I’mgonna make one more 3/4 of that and thenjust put it inand then just move around so it’s theshape of the circle kinda and make sureyou got a lot of that butter so there’smore of that pancake I’m gonna try andmake it a little bigger pancake sothere’s more of it once again you wantto make sure that the there’s like somelike kind of bubbles here and then andthere looks pretty giant pipes aroundthe edges and once again you want tomake the fire of the cook of it reallylow so it doesn’t burn and I’m startingto see more bubbles here so I’m goingthat’s how it should look like andthey’re going you want to keep lettingin itso now it’s cooks flipping it over andyeah okay yeah I know I said one but youknow for the video I’m just gonna makejust like the last one so I’m gonna putthe butter in and you might want to getsomeone to help you to just stir aroundso the pancake is bigger and I onceagain you just wanna wait for it to havebubbles it usually does it prettyquickly so now I’m gonna flip it overcause it looks pretty cooks so you’relooking for that brown color so it looksgood I don’t want to go flatten it so Ifeel seasoning if you still have sort ofsome of that sugar over you can takeabout a half a teaspoon but sugar isoptional but once again take half ateaspoon and if you are they justsprinkle it like that on pancake but Ipersonally just like honey so I’m gonnatake some about three-quarters of ateaspoon and just season itand that’s my pancake done so this is areally good breakfast so you will reallyreally enjoy it because you knowpancakes are the best so now I’m goingto try some and see how it tasteshmm it’s really really soft and it’sreally light as well and if you guyslike just touching stuff you didn’ttouch the pancake and feel how fluffy itisso now I’m going to tell my sister tocome and eat the pancake and see if
