Macros per portion (depends on your protein brand!)

1. Crack eggs and pour out 3 egg whites OR use 120g (40×3) liquid egg whites
2. Mix 15g whey and 15g casein with egg whites OR mix 30g of a blend protein powder instead.
3. Add baking powder/soda 5-10g.
4. Add water to get a less gloppy consistency (20-50ml)
5. Cook on a pan on low heat.
