Such an epic treat. Souffle Pancakes are sure to shock and awe any breakfast guest and are really easy to make, they just take a bit of patience. Try it with ANY toppings you want. I used some homemade compote for mine, but use lemon curd, chocolate pudding, vanilla ice cream, deep friend bananas with caramel and pop rocks.
Just enjoy it and play around, its an open slate. NOW GO! MAKE PANCAKES!
NOTE: You CAN make a traditional meringue if you would like to with the egg whites, but the pancake will overall be a LOT sweeter because of it. I enjoy more of a neutral pancake and when with whipped egg whites instead.
