２色の餡で包んだ秋のどら焼きです。

【ASMR】How to Make pumpkin & sweet potato pancake dorayaki かぼちゃと紫芋のどら焼きの作り方

Ingredients:

◾️Pumpkin paste
100g Pumpkin
150g white chocolate
50ml fresh cream
10g Cocoa powder

◾️Purple sweet potato paste
200g sweet potato
20g sugar
15g butter
5g purple sweet potato powder

◾️Dorayaki
2 whole eggs
100g sugar
2 tsp honey
2 tsp mirin
20ml Water
100g Soft flour
2g Baking powder
10g cocoa powder

Instructions:

■ Pumpkin and purple sweet potato paste
1) Remove the pumpkin seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2) Peel the sweet potato and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
3) Steam for 25 minutes on low heat in a steamer.
4) Remove the pumpkin skin and line the pumpkin and sweet potatoes.
5) Mix purple potato powder in sweet potatoes.
6) Melt the white chocolate in a hot water bath.
7) Warm fresh cream in a pan until just before boiling.
8) Mix white chocolate and fresh cream.
9) Mix the pumpkin after further lining.
10) Put in mold and cool.
11) Add sugar and butter to the sweet potato and mix.

■Pancake Dorayaki
12) Mix egg and sugar well.
13) Mix honey, mirin, water and baking powder.
14) Sift the flour and cocoa powder and mix.
15) Oil the frying pan and bake the dough.
16) It’s done with a pumpkin and purple candy!

「材料」

◾️かぼちゃ餡
かぼちゃ 100g
ホワイトチョコレート 150g
生クリーム 50ml

◾️紫芋餡
さつまいも 200g
砂糖 20g
バター 15g
紫芋パウダー 5g

◾️どら焼き
全卵 2個
砂糖 100g
はちみつ小さじ2
みりん小さじ2
水 20ml
薄力粉 100g
ベーキングパウダー 2g
ココアパウダー 10g

【作り方】

■かぼちゃと紫芋餡
1）かぼちゃの種を取り除き、一口大に切る。
2）さつまいもの皮を剥き、一口大に切る。
3）蒸し器に弱火で25分蒸す。
4）かぼちゃの皮を取り、かぼちゃ、さつまいもを裏ごしする。
5）さつまいもに紫芋パウダーを混ぜる。
6）さつまいもに砂糖とバターを入れて混ぜ合わせる。
7）ホワイトチョコを湯煎で溶かす。
8）生クリームを鍋で沸騰直前まで温める。
9）ホワイトチョコと生クリームを混ぜ合わせる。
10）更に裏ごししたかぼちゃを混ぜ合わせる。
11）型に入れて冷やす。

■どら焼き
12）卵と砂糖をよく混ぜ合わせる。
13）はちみつ、みりん、水、ベーキングパウダーを混ぜ合わせる。
14）薄力粉とココアパウダーをふるって、混ぜ合わせる。
15）フライパンに油を塗り、生地を焼き上げる。
16）かぼちゃと紫芋を挟んで出来上がり！
