Ingredients:
1 ½ cups buttermilk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ginger
A pinch of ground cloves
2 cups flour
Combine milk, egg, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree into a bowl and mix well.
Then mix in brown sugar, baking soda, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
Finally add flour, and mix.
Heat your skillet to medium, then add some butter for flavor.
Pour about ¼ cup of your pancake mix onto your skillet.
Heat until you see bubbles form on the perimeter.
Flip and cook about a minute more.
Serve and enjoy!
