Quite a highly requested vid for the full day of eating series and I for one admit to be quite reliant on whey protein powder to hit my protein intake. I’m not as bad as resorting to drinking a whey protein shake every meal but i do rely on whey protein powder a lot purely from a convenience stand point so this full day of eating food challenge was actually quite fun and had me switch up my diet and include some more high protein recipe ideas without protein powder be it whey protein or casein protein, the goal was to have a full day of eating without protein powder all together.

Furthermore, as one of my most popular healthy recipe videos has been the how to make a protein shake without protein powder I thought I’d include another high protein recipe in particular, protein pancakes without protein powder. behonest well it depends how high yourcarbs are five hundred and seventy sixgrams of carbs and 67 grams of fat soyeah that was like three thousand sevenhundred three thousand eight hundredcalories which is actually quite a largedeficit I think I burned like fourthousand six hundred so yeah that wasn’tactually planned to be honest againwhenever I record I just reallyunderestimate how much just movingaround and recording takes out yetanother whey protein listanabolic post-workout meal of thesepretty much all of the parents leftoversbut we have four skinless drumsticks andwe have like half a packet of these babywhite potatoes and there’s some spinachand some tomatoes just like a side saladyou know to be honest I think that’sgonna be in the video I have a long dayahead it’s just gonna be   3. Great video bro, the protein pancakes & pizza looked great, I’m loving your food choices, I always eat Breyers cookies & cream and pink lady apples . I certainly think protein powder isn’t essential but ideal for those who struggle to eat enough protein and vegans.

  6. G’day Scott, how’s it going. Just wanted to thank you for making me feel REALLY hungry on this fine morning, might have to make pancakes for brekkie :). What a great video mate, loved the whole thing. Unfortunately I don’t think I have anything “motivational” to say this week. In fact I’m kind of struggling with it myself at the moment. Not really sure what to do with myself at this point in time. So I’ll leave it at that and hopefully talk to you next week.
