Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
Coconut oil to cook your protein pancakes
Cinnamon (optional)

[Music]hi guys welcome back to my youtubechannel as simply ESRI my name is Ezraand I’m so excited to see you herein today’s video I am doing something alittle bit different and I am makingprotein pancakesyes protein pancakes if you follow myInstagram account at simply ESRI youwould know that I’ve been on a crazyhealth and fitness journey these pastcouple of months what this journey hastaught me is to figure out how to makesome of my favorite foods but in ahealthy way so for today’s video I’mdefinitely going to be sharing with youhow to make my version of proteinpancakes that are grain free so thatmeans they are paleo friendly ketofriendly and all that other stuff inbetween a friendly if you’d like to seehow I make my version of proteinpancakes let us stay tuned theingredients to make protein pancakes arevery simple all you need are theingredients you see here on the screenyou need one ripe banana one egg vanillachia seeds coconut oil and the proteinpowder of your choice step 1 mash yourbananas I just use a fork because that’swhat I have readily available but mashyour bananas to consistency that ispretty much mush this is what yourbanana should look like after mashingthem to a pulp as you can see in thisbowl now I have one mashed banana oneegg and I’ve added 2 teaspoons of chiaseeds I’m gonna whisk all theseingredients together until they are wellnext I went ahead and added one scoop ofprotein powder what I used is vanillaflavored I also decided to add in asplash of vanilla and cinnamon for someextra flavor once you whisk all theseingredients together that’s itthis is what the batter looks like onceall the ingredients are combined welland I’ve already gone ahead and put aspoonful here on my saucepan so it isalready cooking up nicely the oil that Iused was coconut oil so much forwatching today’s video I hope you guysgive these pancakes a tribe they are sosimple and easy to make and definitelyyummy and that’s what’s most importantto me when I eat healthy food or when Ieat food in general anyways let me knowin the comment section down below if yougive these protein pancakes a try but besure to LIKE like like like like alatest video and definitely subscribe tomy channel so you don’t miss out on anynew videos once again thank you so muchfor watching and take care and see yousoon bye

  1. 1. Put the milk in a pot then put it on the oven, leave the butter outside, room temperature. Do not use the microwave.

  5. oml this is so weird. i literally just this morning was searching up for a recipe for bread, but there were too many different ones so i gave up. but your recipes i trust 100%, cause they have alwayse worked so im so happy rn

  6. Really nice crumb on your bread. You said in your website that milk would give a softer crust because of the milk fat. Do you think milk with a higher fat content, such as whole milk versus low fat milk, would make a noticeable difference in softness? (I’m looking for really soft bread.)

  7. Love your recipies. They are always a hit with my family. Can i freeze the 2nd loaf? If so at which rising. The 1st or 2nd rising.
