HOW TO MAKE PROTEIN PANCAKES
PROTEIN BANANA PANCAKES
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Protein Powder
1 Cup of Pancake Mix (Tenda Bake) of Flour
1 Whole Banana
2 Whole eggs
Blender
Cooking spray

VEGETABLE BOWL
Cauliflower
Edamame
Asparagus
Tofu
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mixed vegetables (Corn, green peas and carrots)

FRUIT BOWL
Blueberries
Strawberries
Raspberries

EXTRAS
Almond butter
Water
Green Tea

I served in the United States Navy for almost a decade as a ships engineer. My love for fitness started there and I was hooked. Currently I’m employed by one of the biggest hospitals in the Washington DC area as an Echo-Vascular Sonographer with 10 years experience. – ma’am good welcome to myyoutube channelthe first about video make sure you hitthat subscribe button before I start okI let’s get to itlet’s own this video I’m only talkingabout how to eat during the holidays howto lose weight throughout days how tomaintain weight the holidays I knowevery city will go on a diet we don’tknow how they paired many lit incensewhat else says the trip I used to staylean is intermittent fasting I thoughtright now I’m gonna 14-hour fast Iattract all my fasting hours everysingle day and I use app called zero andyou see so right now I’m on a 14 hour offats last night I stopped eating at 8p.m. and is 10 a.m. right now about 14hours overall fastest so I do weekend14-hour Saturday morning post analysisalso Sunday somebody eat me so today I’mgoing to show you guys how I make aprotein pancakes man I love this stuff Ieat pancakes up all weekend and proceedpackage so the first I’m gonna do is Ihave a cup of almond milk I’m just gonnadump it in there okay close one cup ofalmond milk the scoop or protein shakesee that right there you see proteinshake gray organic protein shake andhave a scoop of my pancake mix let’sdump that in there right there and yousee a pancake mix right here okay and Ihave a banana okay there’s one wholebanana I could cut that in half doctorin there real quick and two whole eggsis what I use my protein packages arejust going to that will quick get onecut the other one here and get that allthe way there you gookay so once a month once I’m done withthis all I need to do is blend it butit’s too thick I’m a little andmore almond milk in into this okay it istoo thick so let me see what it lookslike that’s gonna blend it so quick it’sgetting much much better right hereabout the flip it this is my favoritethings do man look flip the pancakes manit’s like there’s good stuff good stuffso what do I would probably go to make Imean three or four these and this youdon’t man so we talkI can’t wage this panic number two thislittle bit of spray here and it’s reallynice and heating you see the steamcoming off okay we’re gonna pour mineall the mixer and I make it too big ittakes about two minutes before it’sgetting nice and nice and hard on thebottom of it so foods all done man let’sshow you guys real quick all my nosedon’t look like this is my first meal ofthe day I’m gonna eat my last maleprobably in the evening so I got mypancakes already done could see aprotein banana pancakes right here and Ihave my my salad I always eat saladevery day some kind green I must havethis is tofu asparagus and mixed veggiesright here okay and I have my fruits youknow blueberries strawberries andraspberries so for my pancakes man Ihave three choices I normally use thisthis is what I use I want butter but youcould use syrup or if you use honey butI know me just use just the UM on mybottle only okay so this is my milk fortoday man it’s what it looks like okaythat’s it it looks like been about threeo’clock fast on the weekend I always eatyou know pancakes or something elseservice or your choice girl alwaysalways add some of greens to your mealsbasically all the time because they werethe more green you have the less likelyyou’re gonna spike your blood sugar andyour insulinnot as much if you have some greens andsome nice low sugar fruits to your foodokay so so just remember on the weekendI normally fast 14 hours on Saturday or12 hours or 13 hours audience Sundaymorning I don’t maybe stop eating at8:00 p.m. and my next meal is at 10:00a.m. the following day on the weekend sothat’s what it looks like man I hope youguys enjoy the videos so far if you haveany questions man just let me know I’mhere for you push muffin okay see youguys stick here[Music][Music]
