This recipe for fluffy pancakes makes the most perfect soft ones. Using ingredients you should already have at home in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

Dry – mix well:
135 grams of flour
1 tsp backing powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBSP sugar

Wet:
130 ml lukewarm milk
1 large egg
2 TBSP melted but room temperature butter

MIX WET WITh DRY TOGETHER and let sit for 5-15 minutes for more fluffness.
